Approaches to Work Style Reform
Since fiscal 2017, we have established the "Work Style Reform Promotion Committee," an organizational body under the direct control of the president, and have been working on various measures such as introducing a new leave system, setting annual leave promotion days and simultaneous no-overtime days, and promoting diverse work styles. Furthermore, with the establishment of the DX Promotion Department, we are promoting the introduction and use of digital technology to improve operational efficiency.
As part of our commitment to work style reform, we have also set up "workplace goals," "priority issues," "days for promoting the use of annual leave at workplaces," and "no-overtime days at all workplaces" at each of our workplaces to raise employee awareness and strengthen our efforts.
