Basic Policy on Personal Information Protection

While giving consideration to the usefulness of personal information, we recognize the importance of protecting the rights and interests of individuals, and in order to handle personal information appropriately, we have established the following basic policy for the protection of personal information, established a general manager and a promotion committee for the protection of personal information, and are working to ensure that all directors, employees, and others are fully aware of this policy and that personal information is protected appropriately.

  1. We will comply with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information, other governmental ordinances, guidelines, etc., as well as our personal information protection management rules.
  2. In accordance with the Information Management Regulations, we will properly manage personal information and implement safety management measures to prevent unauthorized access, information leakage, and the risk of loss or damage.
  3. Personal information will be handled appropriately as follows.
    1. (1)Identification, notification, and publication of the purpose of use
      The purpose of use of personal information shall be specified as concretely as possible.

      The Company shall respond without delay to requests from the individual for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision to third parties of retained personal data, if the request is appropriate.
  4. In the event of a complaint or other problem regarding personal information, the General Manager and the Promotion Committee shall promptly investigate the cause of the problem, take immediate corrective measures to prevent recurrence, and promptly and accurately disclose the information.
